If you can design it, you can print it! Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology allows us to print vibrant, eye-popping full color graphics directly on light and dark garments. DTG printing technology sprays a water based, non-toxic ink directly onto the fabric or item of choice. The ink is cured into the fibers of the fabric giving a softer, more colorful and long-lasting print. It is one of the most sustainable printing methods currently on the market. DTG printing technology produces minimal (if any) wastewater and uses less energy, lowering the carbon footprint. In addition, our water-based pigment inks are environmentally friendly and non-toxic.

Are there any setup fees or minimum quantities?

No! As part of our sustainable and eco-friendly business model, we encourage our customers to do their part in the sustainable fashion movement by printing only what’s needed. To help accomplish this, we have eliminated minimum quantities and unnecessary setup fees. Building a brand or ecommerce business? Our on-demand printing model gives you more freedom to introduce as many new designs as you like without wasting product. Check out our “multiple address shipping” option. We will ship directly to your customers for an additional shipping and handling charge; thus, minimizing our carbon footprint.

What is the standard turnaround time?

Each product featured in our catalog is made on-demand; thus, reducing textile waste from overproduction. All catalog orders are processed within 3-5 business days . All custom orders include FREE vectorization of the artwork provided for the best quality print, along with a FREE digital mockup for the customer to approve of prior to production stages to avoid wasteful printing. We want to be sure the design reflects your brand and vision. Custom DTG orders require the standard turnaround time of 7-14 business days after mockup approval.

Do you offer rush order processing?

We understand there are times when you can’t wait to bring your vision to life. For such occasions, we offer rush order processing with a turnaround time of 3-5 business days after mockup approval. Express shipping costs apply.

What format do you need for my artwork?

Artwork must be submitted in a vector (.ai, .svg, .eps, or .pdf) or raster (.png) format at 300 DPI or greater resolution. For colored shirts, all artworks must have a transparent background. Artwork manipulation/editing required to produce a quality print will incur additional charges. Please note, your image is printed as it appears on your computer screen. Elements that are less than 100% opaque will not translate well in DTG printing. Please try to use solid colors as much as possible. Dope designs are our specialty! Ask us about our metallic/foil option add-ons.

Are there special care instructions for my printed garment?

As with any textile, your garment will last through many washes with the proper care. Follow these instructions, to ensure your garment will remain vibrant and in great shape!
